If you are a marketing specialist and send out emails to large number of people at the same time, then you know that marketing software requires a list of email addresses in order to work. The problem with these lists is that sometimes they can contain duplicate email addresses which can cause the marketing software to malfunction or crash. Removing all the duplicate addresses by hand seems like a very difficult task, as you will need to filter each address. A much better idea would be to use the ListManager application.

This Windows program can automatically analyze a list of email addresses and remove the duplicate ones in very little time. All you need is a text file containing the list of addresses. The interface of ListManager is very intuitive and allows anyone to use it.

After importing the desired email list text file, the user will be able to include or exclude certain addresses from being scanned. At this point, all the user needs to do is enter a name for the output text file and the program will quickly remove all the duplicates. In case there are too many email addresses inside a single file, ListManager is able to split the input list into several smaller text files, for making it easier to load them.
